Discover your new identity in Christ, including forgiveness of sins, freedom from guilt and shame, and a life of eternal significance! This is what you were created for!
No matter who you are, the Bible makes it clear that you are a sinner in desperate need of a Savior. Having no righteousness of your own in God's eyes, you can only be forgiven and made right with Him by putting your faith in Jesus Christ alone - totally apart from your religion, devotion, good works, or baptism, etc. (Romans 3:19-25, Romans 4:5, Ephesians 2:8-9)
As your substitute, Jesus died on the cross and suffered the full punishment that you rightfully deserve. Your sins have been removed once and for all by His blood shed for you. He has taken away all of your guilt and shame forever! As a result, He offers you eternal life and a completely new identity in Christ. All this is the free gift of His undeserved kindness! (Romans 6:23, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Ephesians 1:7)
Scripture tells us that no one can be made right with God by keeping the 10 commandments or trying to do what is right. The only way is to trust in Jesus Christ who has already done everything that God required to save you. The moment you put your faith in Him, God forgives all your sins forever! (Galatians 2:15-16, Acts 10:43, Acts 13:38-39, Acts 16:31)
Once you put you faith in Jesus, who died and rose for you, God no longer views you as a sinner. Instead, He places you in an honored position in His royal family. Although you deserve judgment, He treats you as pure, precious, and perfectly righteous in Christ! This becomes your new, unchanging, and eternal identity! (John 1:12, 1 Peter 3:18)
